Isa Seow is the Director of Compliance for the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program. Isa brings extensive experience advising financial institutions, governments, and international organizations, including the United Nations and the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), on matters related to technology, finance, and compliance. Isa’s expertise is widely recognized, and he has participated in numerous conferences and events hosted by governments, academic institutions, and leading business organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University (USA) and a Master’s degree from the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University (UK). Isa also holds the Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance (Financial Crime) from the International Compliance Association (ICA), underscoring his commitment to excellence in regulatory standards.
