Licensed Agents List
This is the list of Agents who have been Licensed by the Nauru Program Office and are required to guide applicants through the entire application process. These agents are carefully vetted to ensure they maintain the highest levels of professionalism and ethics.

How to Become a Licensed Agent
To become a Licensed Agent for the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program, agents must meet the following requirements:
- Have a clean criminal record and/or, in the case of a corporate body, no criminal convictions in the name of Shareholders, Partners, Directors or Key Stakeholders within the firm and/or controlling Group
- Demonstrate previous experience and expertise in the field of investment migration
- Be able to demonstrate to the Nauru Program Office that they have unrestricted access to a recognised, reputable due diligence database
- Submit an application form together with all requested documentation and information that the Nauru Program Office may request
- Satisfy the due diligence process carried out by the Nauru Program Office

Prohibited Agent List
The Nauru Program Office reserves the right to publish a Prohibited Agent List. This list would include Licenced Agents no longer authorized to represent the program due to violations of marketing guidelines, unethical practices, or other breaches of the Licenced Agent Agreement. This measure ensures transparency and maintains the program's integrity.
