Licensed Agents List

This is the list of Agents who have been licensed by the Naoero Program Office and are required to guide applicants through the entire application process. Only licensed agents are authorized to advertise and provide these services. These agents are carefully vetted to ensure they maintain the highest levels of professionalism and ethics.

Agents on this list have undergone rigorous background checks and are approved to represent the Naoero Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program. You can find an updated list of Agents below, with a link to their website for further inquiries.

How to Become an Agent

To become an Agent for the Naoero Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program, agents must meet the following requirements:

Have a clean criminal record and/or, in the case of a corporate body, no criminal convictions in the name of Shareholders, Partners, Directors or Key Stakeholders within the firm and/or controlling Group
Demonstrate previous experience and expertise in the field of investment migration
Be able to demonstrate to the Naoero Program Office that they have unrestricted access to a recognised, reputable due diligence database

Submit an application form together with all requested documentation and information that the Naoero Program Office may request
Satisfy the due diligence process carried out by the Naoero Program Office

Prohibited Agent List

The Naoero Program Office reserves the right to publish a Prohibited Agent List. This list would include Agents no longer authorized to represent the program due to violations of marketing guidelines, unethical practices, or other breaches of the Agent Licence Agreement. This measure ensures transparency and maintains the program's integrity.
